It was meant to cook 84 tons of votive Shirazi soup on the occasion of 28th of Safar (the martyrdom of the prophet and Imam Hasan (PBUH)). Though, after the Kermanshah Earthquake, 40 tons of the ingredients were sent to those areas to cook a warm meal for the people.
