According to the public relations office of the Holy Shrine, the governor of Arsenjan, head of Arsenjan justice department, head of Arsenjan Education department and other city officials were present. The head of Family Matters along with one of the consults givers of the Holy Shrine and the well-known Qari of the Holy Shrine participated in the ceremony as the representatives of the Holy Shrine.
