- The top part of the Baboreza (south western)
Previously the holy shrine just had one entrance from Ahmadi square. One new entrance is constructed in south east side in order to facilitate go back and forth of the pilgrims. The framework of this door is made of concrete. The artistic works are praiseworthy. The unique stone volute and columns besides entrance are designed and cut by masterful stonemasons of holy shrine. It`s interesting to note that one part of the testament of Hazrat Emam Khomeini is serving to decorate the inside of the entrance with tile.
The new entrance, made of one- sheet wood, has 2 sides. It is decorated with sheets and bronze knobs in order to increase it`s firmness. Every sides of the door has 4.20 meter in height 1.47 meter in width and 7 centimeter thickness.
- The top part of Musabne Jafar entrance ( north- western).
This entrance counterparts with the south eastern entrance. It offers a view to the former Ahmadi square (Courtyard which will be built in the future). The tile working of this entrance is finished after the victory of the glorious Islamic Revolution. Two corridors are opened beside this entrance in order to facilitate go back and forth. The tile working is done by the artists of traditional workshops of holy shrine.
This inside of the gateway is worked with tile in the form of an eight- sided object. The height of the vestibule with it`s arc is 12 meters. The dimension of the big side is 3.77 meters and the small side is 1.88 meters. The entrance is 1.90 and the exit is 1.31 meters. It is the art of Shiraz. Some poems of Nourani Shirazi P.H.D and Ahmad Veghar Shirazi are tiled in the two sides of the inner parts of the entrance.
- The entrances to holy shrine
The holy shrine has 7 main entrances in the courtyard two entranced are from North( women`s entrance). Two entrances are from south (Men`s entrance). One golden entrance is from holy verandas. Two entrances are newly contracted from holy verandas.
- The golden door of holy verandas
The dimensions of this door and framework is 2 meters. It has 2 sides. Each of them is 2.70 meters in length, 90 centimeters in width, and 9 centimeters in thickness. Some poems are carved wood on two doors and frameworks. The ancient door of the holy shrine which is known as Zelosoltan is kept in the museum now.
- The silver door of southern porch
The southern door is known as Askar Khani. The door is 2.30 meters in length, 1.60 meters in width, 9 centimeters in thickness. The door and it`s framework are covered by silver. 17 couplets of poem of deceased Ghodsi is written with silver covering by his own handwriting on the door. Askar Khan was one of the Baserian Arab magistrates. He made and donated this door to holy shrine in exchange for the rent of the possession which is an endowment of shahcheragh.
The makers of this door were Mr. Mirza Bozorg Zargar. Professor Ali Asghar Zargar and mirza Ali Agha Ghalamzan and Mirza Mohammad Ghalamzan.
