In a meeting with the chairman and officials of the Anticipation and Regulation of Social Harm Victims, Ayatollah Dastgheib said the worst harms can be prevented with good supervision. However people should feel the danger as well as the authorities. They should know that these threats endanger every family. Ayatollah Seyyed Aliasghar Dastgheib also said: giving money to beggars is not advised in Islam. Helping the poor is not a permit for giving money to beggars.

Charitable groups are active throughout Iran and especially in Fars Province and they should get into problems that hurt society.
