Ayatollah Dastgheib insisted: we should not consider people’s religion when providing houses for them, for example in recent natural disaster providing support for people is not based on them being Muslim or not.
Being friendly is in people’s nature, although attachments have forced some people to neglect their nature, but we see how people help each other in different situations.
He said: Imam Ali (PBUH) told Malik al-Ashtar people are whether your religious brothers or fellowmen. It’s not like someone should completely obey all religious rules to receive help from us. We should provide help for all people, which we do, but these helps should be enhanced and god will help us hopefully.
