In order to exploit untapped potentials of scientific and religious organizations, institutes and centers and to develop joint efforts for optimal use of scientific, religious, cultural and social capabilities of involved parties, a memorandum of understanding was signed between Research and Information Technology Department of Holy Shrine of Ahmadi and Muhammadi, and Organization of Libraries, Museums, and the Documentation Centre of Astan Quds Razavi .

According to the Public Relations of the holy Shrines of Ahmadi and Muhammadi(PBUT), the parties’ use of common means such as intellectual capacity, experimental, investigation, workshop, documentary ,  museum , documentary and press , international communications , physical space and investigative , producing and processing of the information and publications in order to promote the goals and provide better services ,  joint arrangement of relevant scientific conferences , seminars , specialized meetings , panels and educational workshops relevant to the fields were among agreed-upon measures in this memorandum of understanding.
