This publication sections has annually subscribed 140 printed publications in the domain of the humanities, theology, engineering, sciences, agricultural sciences, art and architectural, medical sciences, psychology and law.
This section acts in an area of 570 meter square with the capacity of 80 chairs. Special leaflets are in Braille for blinds’ subscription. The library also contains a great deal of file keeping of publications and magazine of QAJAR and PAHLAVI era in addition to the current publications.

The Duty of the Old Publication Sections:
-Answer the applicants who need to use the old publications for accomplishing research projects.
-Informing the applicants about the available publications for accomplishing their research project.
-Answer the questions and proposals of applicants in order to improve the qualitative level of offering the services.

File keeping of current newspapers with a wide circulation such as JONOUB, KEYHAN, JOMHOURI ESLAMI, ETELA’AT, and etc. File keeping of old newspapers such as RASTAKHIZ, ETEHADIYE, EJTEMAE MELI, PARS, BAHARE IRAN, NEDAYE IRAN ZAMIN, VEZARATE DADGOSTARI, and AKHGAR.
File keeping of old magazines such as SEPIDE DAM, AYANDE, BANKE MELI IRAN, MAHNAMEYE ARTESH, ZANE ROUZ, TEHRAN ECONOMIST, KEYHANE BACHEHA, SOKHAN, RASTAKHIZ, SHIRNAME, HOGHOUGH BASHAR, and ARMAGHAN.

-Examining the press in order to reflect the related subjects to HOLY SHRINE, preparing the press cutting and installing in the bulletin board.
-Presenting the publications in Braille for blinds.
